The Links Guy is a boutique link-building and digital PR agency that specializes in building high-quality white-hat links for clients across the globe.
About the Internship:
The Links Guy is looking for a remote content writer with experience creating content for B2B and B2C clients. You will use research, writing, and editing skills to produce expert-level articles on assigned topics. You'll help our clients achieve their growth goals by creating content that connects with their target audiences and brings eyes to their sites.
Key responsibilities:
1. Perform and deliver under tight deadlines, KPIs of a minimum number of articles/words per week
2. Edit or rewrite your existing content to meet the senior editor's expectations.
3. Collaborate with team members to ensure articles are written according to the standards of the client, as well as the third-party sites where articles are published (will range in everything from smaller blogs to niche industry publications and large media)
4. Create engaging and relevant content ideas based on keyword gap analysis and keyword research
Who can apply:
1. At least 2 years of professional content writing experience in a competitive environment
2. Passionate about creating, developing, and executing the content elements
3. Take operational ownership of the content schedule and have accountability for internal task management
4. Can create compelling content ideas based on keyword gap analysis and keyword research.
5. Work with a team of internal/external collaborators supporting the creation of high-volume quality content driving a wider strategy.
6. Track record in creating engaging and compelling content across a variety of niches/industries and audience types.
7. Bachelor's degree in English, literature, journalism, mass communication, or a related field
8. Excellent writing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively
+. Creative writing, solid grammar, and impeccable spelling are a must
10. A self-starter with the ability to create content quickly
11. A continuous learner
12. Knowledge of digital marketing tactics
13. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
14. Ability to work within the set deadlines and meet targets
15. Available to work full-time
16. Can handle UK (GMT Time Zone) working hours of 8 am - 5 pm, and be available for meetings
17. Have a stable, high-speed, fiber-optic internet connection; a webcam; and a mic
1. Candidate must be available to work from 12:30 pm - +:30 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Greenwich Mean Time)
