Job Description: We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Remote Closers. As a Remote Closer, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales for our software training programs. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere.
Responsibilities:
• Generate leads through various channels, including cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
• Qualify leads to ensure they meet the criteria for our software training programs.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their training needs and challenges.
• Present our training solutions effectively to prospective clients through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure a positive experience for clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the education or software industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of success in closing deals.
• Ability to work independently and remotely, with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Additional Information:
• This is a commission-based role with uncapped earning potential.
• We do not provide leads; Remote Closers are responsible for generating their own leads and closing sales independently.
• Training and support will be provided to help Remote Closers succeed in their roles.
Job Types: Permanent, Freelance
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
