We’re looking for a highly driven Sourcer / Associate Recruiter to help us identify and engage exceptional talent for high-growth startups and global companies.
You’ll work closely on searches across engineering, AI, GTM, product, quant, and leadership hiring.
• ResponsibilitiesSource candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, X, communities, and databases
• Build talent pipelines for technical and non-technical roles
• Send personalized outreach messages to candidates
• Identify strong profiles based on experience, education, startup background, and technical depth
• Maintain candidate trackers and sourcing reports
• Coordinate with recruiters and hiring teams
• RequirementsStrong sourcing and internet research skills
• Good written English communication
• Comfortable working independently
• Familiarity with LinkedIn sourcing and Boolean search
• Interest in startups, SaaS, AI, or executive search
