With demand growing from our paid campaigns and word of mouth, we’re hiring a sharp, professional Appointment Setter to handle warm leads and book high-quality calls for our sales team.

About the Role

Your job is simple: When a lead opts in from our ads, books a demo, or downloads resources — you call, qualify, and schedule them for a Zoom with our closer.

You’ll follow a proven script, ask a few key questions, handle basic objections, and set the calendar appointment. You don’t need to sell the product — just warm them up, qualify, and hand off.

What You'll Do

Call inbound leads (no cold calling) and follow up via phone/text
Use our proven triage script to qualify and book appointments
Ask simple questions about their real estate operations and data needs
Overcome basic objections and position the call as valuable
Update CRM notes and booking confirmations
Follow up with no-shows and re-engage older leads
You’re a Fit If You:

Speak confidently and clearly in English (neutral accent preferred)
Are comfortable on Zoom and phone calls daily
Have experience setting appointments or selling over the phone
Can follow a proven script but also adapt when needed
Are detail-oriented with reliable follow-up habits
Are available 4+ hours per weekday during EST/PST business hours
Are hungry, accountable, and want to grow into full-time or closing roles
Bonus Points If You:

Have worked with real estate investors, SaaS, or outbound campaigns
Are familiar with CRM tools like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or Close
Have a quiet home office with strong internet and headset
Compensation

Hourly base + performance bonuses for every booked and completed appointment
Opportunity for fast growth into sales or management roles
