Role Overview
This is a performance-based opportunity for individuals who want control over their income and a clear path to progression within a structured outbound sales operation.
You will start by booking qualified meetings via cold calls using our systems, scripts, and lead data. Callers who demonstrate consistent performance gain access to higher volume campaigns, client work, leadership roles, and closing opportunities.
This is not a traditional salaried role. Progression and earnings are determined by results.

What You’ll Be Doing
Cold calling UK businesses using our dialler, scripts, and lead data
Booking qualified sales meetings (no closing initially)
Working with full-time availability (target ~150 dials per day)
Accurately logging call outcomes in our CRM
Reviewing performance data and improving week over week
You’ll begin on internal campaigns. Only callers who demonstrate consistent performance are assigned to live client work.

Daily team catch-ups for practice, feedback, and coaching

Earn a percentage of closed revenue
There is no time-based promotion. Advancement is based purely on output and leadership ability.
Who This Role Is For
