We are currently seeking a motivated and highly organised individual to join our team as a Remote Appointment Coordinator. This is a Full-Time, remote position where you will play a crucial role in connecting our sales team with prospective clients. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a talent for building rapport and identifying business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Proactively engage with potential clients through telephone calls, emails, and other communication channels to introduce our products and services.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine their specific needs and assess their potential as a sales opportunity.
Effectively articulate the value of Reliable Forklift Sales' solutions to key decision-makers.
Schedule qualified appointments, consultations, and product demonstrations for our field sales representatives.
Maintain a clean and accurate database of all activities, lead information, and appointment details within our CRM system.
Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing departments to ensure a seamless lead generation and follow-up process.
Achieve and exceed weekly and monthly targets for qualified appointments.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a similar role such as an appointment setter, telemarketer, inside sales representative, or sales development representative.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and confident telephone manner.
Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Self-motivated and disciplined, with a proven ability to work independently in a remote setting.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
A genuine interest in understanding client needs and providing them with suitable solutions.
Experience within the industrial equipment or material handling industry is advantageous but not essential.
