Job Description
We are expanding our team and seeking skilled individuals who take pride in turning a homeowner’s house into a refuge. Ideally, you have field experience in residential remodeling. However, we are fully equipped and willing to train the right employee that displays a strong work ethic, and a genuine desire for a stable career.
We handle projects from inside retreats to outdoor living spaces. If you have experience—or a strong willingness to learn—in any of these phases, we want to hear from you:
* **Interior Remodeling:** Complete high-end kitchen and custom bathroom transformations.
* **Trim Outs & Finish Work:** Hanging doors, installing windows, setting cabinetry, and running clean baseboards or crown molding.
* **Tile Installation (Highly Preferred):** Custom walk-in showers, tub surrounds, backsplashes, and flooring.
* **Exterior Work & General Construction:** Structural framing, siding repair/replacement, decking, covered patios, and light roofing work.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
