Job Description
Applications are now being accepted for a Relief Receptionist to support our schools located in Okotoks, AB.
This is an on-call position to provide coverage during staff absences. Shifts will be scheduled on an as-needed basis.
Reporting directly to the school principal, duties include, but are not limited to maintaining records, tracking attendance and parent follow-up, various communication responsibilities, and general office routines. The ability to work in a team environment is essential, as is attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines. The successful candidate will be highly organized, have excellent public relations skills and the ability to deal with multiple and changing priorities. A high level of proficiency with MS Office Suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required; familiarity with Power School and Google applications will be beneficial.
