Job Description
We are hiring upfront Relationship Officer in Rohtak to meet business via allocated bank branches, ideal candidate having basic understanding about banking products and selling.
Role: Relationship Officer – Bank
Location: Rohtak, Haryana (nearby branch, depending upon availability)
Minimum Qualification : Graduation
Experience: 0 – 4 Years of Sales (Freshers can apply for the job)

• Ready to do inside sales jobs in Rohtak area.
• Equal blend of service and sales orientation.
• In absence of equality, prefer sales orientation as a skew

Need to do as a SBI Job in Rohtak:
As a relationship officer job in Rohtak, you are accountable from client sourcing to product demo till service and sell new products available on digital channels as well.
• Firstly, source the business via allotted bank branches i.e. Rohtak bank branch.
• Key focus areas Acquiring broking clients in Rohtak area(primarily on line)
• Activating clients for trading post acquisition
• Acquiring and retaining new clients and HNIs.
• Greet and Re-direct customers to the appropriate counters based on their service needs
• Build an understanding of the available products/services to answer general customer quires and share the product brochures/forms with the customers.
• Providing clients with Demo & handhold to initiate trading activities after account opening.
• Maintain a list of FAQ by customers and proactively seek clarification
• Promote Demat & Trading account on the digital platforms (YONO, INB) and handhold the customers.
• Share information on new products available on digital channels with customers.
