Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer located in Noida. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing customer relationships, providing effective financial solutions, and ensuring an excellent customer service experience. Daily tasks will include business relationship management, communication with customers and financial institutions, handling customer inquiries, and driving sales of financial products.
Qualifications
• Skills in Business Relationship Management and Finance
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales acumen and experience in driving financial product sales
• Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
