Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management
• Understand clients' financial goals, investment objectives, and risk profiles through detailed financial profiling.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Provide exceptional client service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Financial Product Advisory & Sales
• Recommend and promote suitable financial products, including:
• Mutual Funds
• Insurance Products
• Fixed Deposits
• Investment and Wealth Management Solutions
• Educate clients on various investment opportunities and assist them in making informed financial decisions.
• Achieve individual sales and revenue targets.
Business Development & Lead Generation
• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, relationship building, and lead generation activities.
• Convert prospective leads into long-term clients through effective relationship management and consultative selling.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Client Servicing & Operational Support
• Assist clients with onboarding, documentation, KYC requirements, and transaction processing.
• Support basic back-office activities and ensure smooth execution of client servicing requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client queries and service requests.
Market Awareness & Compliance
• Stay updated with financial market trends, investment products, and regulatory developments.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory guidelines while handling client transactions.

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in:
• Banking Sales
• Financial Services
• Wealth Management
• Mutual Fund Distribution
• Insurance Sales
• Relationship Management
Preferred Candidate Profile:
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Self-driven, enthusiastic, and eager to build a long-term career in financial services.
• Customer-centric approach with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve business targets.
• Female candidates will be preferred.
