Relationship Manager - NBFC Lending (5-10 yrs)
Position - RM
Reporting Position:- Regional Head -NBFC Lending
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Achieving & exceeding Business goals and targets. Implement region specific innovative strategies to meet business targets
2. Creating a strong & compliant business culture to drive acquisitions & profitability
3. Working closely with a team of business/credit professionals with respect to the geographical area, exploring new markets/segments and ensure business in most profitable manner.
4. Effectively engage Operations & Risk teams to understand overall processes & profitability
5. Responsible for the quality of portfolio.
Incumbent should have prior/current experience in catering to NBFC/FI lending
