We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Relationship Manager from Alwar to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and expand relationships with high-net-worth customers, ensuring excellent service delivery while achieving business growth objectives.
This role involves sourcing new customers, managing existing accounts, and promoting a range of bank products and services.

Location: Alwar Rajasthan
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: Competitive (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop new and expand existing relationships with high-net-worth customers of Alwar,
• Source new customers through individual efforts and acquisition channels.
• Cross-sell banking products to existing Alwar branch customers.
• Inform customers about new products or enhancements to deepen relationships.
• Plan and conduct sales initiatives and events for both prospective and current clients.
• Maintain complete and up-to-date relationship records for assigned customer accounts.
• Track and resolve customer complaints/queries within the defined turnaround time to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with other group companies to provide customers with seamless access to additional products and services.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Educational Qualifications:
• Graduate with 2–4 years of relevant experience, or
• Postgraduate with 1–3 years of relevant experience
Key Skills:
• Strong customer orientation.
• High energy and drive.
• Locality knowledge of Alwar areas,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage relationships and achieve business targets
