We are looking for a dynamic Relationship Manager in Ahmedabad to drive our banking solutions and services to customers. This role involves a 360-degree banking approach, ensuring customer satisfaction while maintaining a balance between business growth and ethical banking practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Customer Engagement – Build strong relationships with Ahmedabad clients, offering them tailored financial solutions based on their needs.
• Business Development – Grow the Ahmedabad bank branch customer base and wallet share by cross-selling and upselling banking products.
• Product Offerings – Provide saving solutions, loans, overdrafts, investments, trade solutions, and wealth management services.
• Portfolio Management – Ensure portfolio growth while maintaining compliance with banking policies.
• Collaboration – Work with internal teams to provide customers with best-in-class service.
• Compliance & Ethics – Uphold the core philosophy of being Fair to the Bank and Fair to the Customer in all engagements.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Education: MBA or Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Experience: 2-6 years in relationship management, business development, or related roles.
• Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Locality: Should be local or native from Ahmedabad Gujarat
• Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with various teams for customer support.
• Sales Strategy: Ability to develop and implement sales and customer relationship strategies.
• Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends and customer preferences to enhance banking solutions.
