Key Roles
• Generate Revenue by getting business from leads generated through assigned 2-3 Bank Branches.
• Cascade the incentive programs to Banks Staff
• Responsible for sales completion by facilitating completion of medical reports & ensuring prompt issue of policy document
• Develop new markets/ segments in line with company sales strategy from time to time.
• Build a good customer base in order to cross-sell & up-sell.
• Build long term relationship with the bank staff.
Eligibility Qualifications
• Age between 23 - 40 years
• Any Graduation
• 1 Year plus Sales Experience in Insurance Industry preferred
• Good Communication Skills.
• Should be good at creating and maintaining Relationships.
• Unstoppable & Unshakeable Attitude
• High on Honesty and Integrity
• Ready to Stretch and Achieve. Ready to travel
