Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager will play a key role in managing and nurturing client relationships within our stock broking house. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients, advising them on investment opportunities, and ensuring a seamless trading experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial markets, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to client success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Acquisition of New customers and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their investment goals and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
• Advisory Services: Offer expert guidance on market trends, investment strategies, and financial products to help clients make informed decisions.
• Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring accuracy in trading and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Customer Support: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly, providing timely updates on market changes and account status.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse client portfolios, recommending adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
• Market Research: Stay informed about market developments, economic indicators, and investment opportunities, sharing insights with clients regularly.
• Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling financial products and services to enhance client portfolios.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (trading, compliance, research) to ensure a cohesive client experience and effective execution of trades.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant certifications (NISM) is a plus.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or client advisory roles within the financial services or stock broking industry.
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and trading processes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on client engagement.
• Proficient in CRM software and trading platforms.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
