This is an exciting opportunity to manage your own portfolio of customers and build strong relationships with our Global Brands, Major Enterprise customers and Employee Benefit Consultants.
The role is full time (37 hours per week) and is based in our office on Blackbrook Business Park in Taunton, TA1 2PE. Suitable candidates must live within a commutable distance to our office in Taunton.
Starting salary to be discussed dependant on experience.

About the role
You will be responsible for keeping in touch regularly with your own portfolio of customers, ensuring that all queries are responded to, review scheme performance and deliver interactive presentations to all levels of management, directors and trustees within your entire portfolio. You will be involved in pricing and negotiating renewal terms which will require some analytical work.
About you
You will have a track record of successfully managing and building similar relationships. You will be proud of the contributions you have made to any team that you have been part of and also able to work autonomously. You will have incredible communication skills, able to build trust and relationships easily, committed to providing the best customer service to your customers, prioritisation and having excellent attention to details is second nature to you. Some flexibility is required as is a full driving license because you will need to travel within the UK.
