Registered Nurse – Night Duty (Dementia Care) The Village, Inglewood

We are seeking a confident and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our specialised dementia care team on night duty at The Village in Inglewood .

Shifts: Friday, Saturday & Sunday
23:00 – 07:15

About the Role
As the Night Duty Registered Nurse, you will take the lead in delivering safe, responsive, and person-centred care across the site. This role requires confidence in clinical decision-making and the ability to work autonomously while being supported by a dedicated multidisciplinary team.
You will be responsible for:
Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating clinical care
Supporting residents with complex dementia-related needs overnight
Responding calmly and effectively to changes in condition or behaviour
Promoting dignity, comfort and safety in a homely environment
Collaborating with care staff to ensure continuity and quality of care
About You
You are a calm, capable and confident clinician who thrives in a night duty setting and has a genuine passion for dementia care.
You will demonstrate:
Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (Ahpra)
Proven experience in aged care and/or dementia care
Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
The ability to work independently and lead overnight shifts
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to person-centred, respectful care
Compliance requirements:
National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
First Aid & CPR (current)
