Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Registered Nurse Manager to lead and oversee nursing operations within a comprehensive healthcare facility. In this pivotal role, you will coordinate patient care, supervise nursing staff, ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, and uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence. Duties
Lead and manage our nursing team
Oversee patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and ensure accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and state healthcare regulations.
Supervise clinical procedures such as IV insertion, catheter care, medication administration, and sterile technique adherence.
Ensure all nursing staff maintain proficiency with EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems in Tebra and stay current with ICD-10/ICD-9 coding standards for accurate billing and documentation.
Monitor quality metrics related to patient care, safety protocols including infection control
Support staff development through training on new clinical practices, regulatory updates, and leadership initiatives to foster a high-performing team.
Maintain accurate inventory of ALL supplies and complete ordering every Wednesday
Must function as one of the RN's . Must have excellent IV insertion skills and the abilit to function as a nurse during patient hours
Must keep company compliant as a Level 1 Compounding Facility
Provide direct patient care starting IV's, hanging IV bags, monitoring infusions and discontinuing IV's after treatment
Provide education to patients and families on health promotion
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Provide psychosocial support to patients and families.
Requirements
Valid RN license with current state licensure; BSN or higher preferred.
Extensive experience in acute care environments such as ICU, emergency medicine, or hospital medicine; critical care experience highly valued.
Proven leadership skills with supervising or nurse management experience
Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, or Athenahealth; proficiency in medical documentation and coding (ICD-10/ICD-9).
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations including HIPAA, long-term care standards, and workers' compensation law.
Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments utilizing physiology knowledge and diagnostic evaluation skills; experience with ventilator management or spinal tap procedures is advantageous.
Excellent communication skills for effective team management and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams; demonstrated ability to lead change and foster a positive work environment.
Certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), sterile processing techniques

As a Registered Nurse your PRIMARY job will be starting IV's and hanging bags of IV vitamin therapy as ordered by the APRN/MD. These treatments deliver high doses of vitamins, minerals and amio-acids directly into the bloodstream for rapid absorption, commonly used for wellness, immunity, and engergy enhancement.
No on-call hours required! Daytime hours only!! Right now we are open 3 days per week but we will soon be open 6 days/week. You can have part time at first and work up to full time. We will VERY quickly need 2-3 RN's on at all times 6 days/week.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated healthcare professional who is looking to make a difference in the lives of the patients they are treating. You will be treating people who are suffering from Diabetes Mellitus, Metabolic Syndrome, Diabetic Neuropathy, Systemic Inflammation caused by Environmental Allergies, those suffering from Osteoarthritis, and many others.
Job Description:
You will serve as the primary point of care for our patients in a friendly and up-scale outpatient setting. Medical procedures offered include Primary Care, weight loss, IV nutritionals. This role provides direct patient care, documenting/charting patient information in line with currently accepted policies and procedures. Collaboration with Medical Assistants and other staff members that will support your role. All duties and responsibilities are to be performed in compliance with state and federal laws and regulations governing the legal scope of medical practice within your license type. Adherence to standards of business conduct and compliance.

* Valid RN license in CT
* Must be Proficient in IV starts
