Job description:
The Hospital@home service, catering to public and private patients of Southern Tasmania, plays a crucial role in our community. It provides hospital avoidance interventions and acute and sub-acute care for adults, ensuring safe and effective care in the community setting.

Consistent with ongoing experience, the Hospital@home Registered Nurse strengthens health outcomes by providing safe, quality, clinically appropriate nursing care in partnership with patients/clients, their families, and other health professionals within the community setting.
The Hospital@home service, catering to public and private patients of Southern Tasmania, plays a crucial role in our community. It provides hospital avoidance interventions and acute and sub-acute care for adults, ensuring safe and effective care in the community setting.
The service operates across multiple sites throughout Southern Tasmania. Hospital@home satellite sites are currently located in Cambridge, Glenorchy, and Risdon Vale.
