Registered Massage Therapist / Sports Massage Therapist
Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated and specialized RMT to diversify our team. Ideally we are looking for someone who has some type of specialization such as Prenatal/Pregnancy, Visceral, Craniosacral or working with female athletes or young athletes.
Our space blends hands-on therapy, movement, and performance — featuring one private treatment room, an open-concept therapy area with three treatment tables, and a 1,000 sq ft fully equipped gym with racks, turf, cable machines, dumbbells, and cardio equipment. It’s a space built for collaboration, movement, and real results.
Our ideal candidate has experience/desire to work with an active population and is an active individual themselves believing in movement and exercise to take care of their body.
What We Offer:
Flexible Schedule & Hours: We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer adaptable scheduling to suit your needs.
State-of-the-Art Facility: Access to our brand new, 1500 sq ft gym facility, equipped with a full dumbbell set 5- 70 lbs, squat racks, barbells, free weights, cardio machines, cable machines, turf, and more for use with your patients.
Active & Supportive Community: Work with a diverse and active clientele who value health, performance, and well-being.
Patient-First Philosophy: Deliver individualized treatment plans with a strong emphasis on patient outcomes and satisfaction, supported by longer treatment times.
Collaboration & Learning: Join a team that values continuous learning and inter-disciplinary collaboration, with opportunities for cross-referrals from other practitioners (physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, personal trainers).
Sought-After Location: Work in the desirable and accessible Bridgeland community in Calgary.
Who You Are:
Diploma in Massage Therapy (minimum 2200 hours).
Registered and in good standing with a recognized Massage Therapy Association (MTAA, NHPC, CMMOTA or RMTA).
Valid liability and practice insurance.
Experience working in a clinical setting.
Someone who believes deeply in the importance of movement, strength training, and an individualized approach to health and rehabilitation.
A team player eager to collaborate with other practitioners and contribute to a supportive clinic environment.
Willing to continuously learn and evolve your practice.
