Registered Domiciliary Manager - Home Care
Location: Grantham, Lincolnshire
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum + bonus & benefits
• Must be a current Registered Domiciliary Manager (home care)
Requirements:
• Current Registered Manager of a Domiciliary care service
• Good track record with CQC reports
• Passion for Domiciliary care
• Excellent staff management skills
• CQC Quality & Compliance
• Business Development and the ability to acquire new clients
The Role
Compass Associates are working with a private home care provider who operate a remit of Lincolnshire and are now looking for a new Registered Domiciliary Manager to oversee the day to day operations for their service in Grantham.
The provider is looking for an experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager, someone who has managed a Domiciliary service, who can help drive on recent successes and empower staff to provide the best care possible and achieve an ‘Outstanding’ in line with CQC requirements.
In addition, the business is prepared to offer internal career growth opportunities, whether that be in quality, business development or operational focused roles…
The Candidate
The candidate must have excellent leadership skills and provide evidence that their focus is to run a successful domiciliary care branch, with a positive staff culture and compliant in line with CQC requirements. This position requires a positive person who can motivate and empower a competent staff team, as well as being commercially savvy and ensure the service goes above and beyond to provide outstanding care for its residents.
• Must be a current Registered Domiciliary Manager (elderly home care)
Location
This role is based in Grantham and is commutable from Sleaford, Melton Mowbray, Nottingham, Newark-on-Trent.
Interview Process
The interview process will be in a 2-stage format.
Stage one: Teams Call - Managing Director
Stage two: Face to Face - Managing Director
