Roles and Responsibilities:
• Achieves targets that have been set in the Annual Business Plan for Heating SBU for the region.
• Attending sales meetings negotiations with customers.
• Understanding client requirement and sharing information with Proposal/back-end team to device best and customized solution, tender/ inquiry evaluation.
• Track report sales and marketing activities on a decided periodic basis.
• Analysis of Orders won and lost and implement learning and follow best practices.
• Engage in techno - commercial discussions with clients, consultants, EPC contractors for business development in respective regions.
• Actively work on building the brand and image of Thermax
• Build and maintain a detailed, active customer database.
• Build and manage relationships with large corporate and business houses.
• Coordination with Peers from other divisions/regions and maximize cross sale opportunities.
• Business development through new applications/FOAK products.
