About the Role:
We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to lead our client's Western region sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in FMCG sales, specifically within the Beauty & Personal Care industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive sales growth and achieve regional targets across assigned territories.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and product penetration.
• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Area Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key distributors, retailers, and channel partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, trade marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless business operations.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing structures, and trade terms.
Requirements:
• Education: Any graduate (in Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing is a plus).
• Experience: Minimum 10 years of FMCG sales experience, with proven experience in the Beauty & Personal Care segment.
• Proven experience managing large teams and achieving business targets in a regional capacity.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
