About the Job

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the P&L for North India, the GTM strategy planning, stakeholder engagement, expansion strategies etc.

What you will need to do
• Own and drive the P&L for North region.
• Go-to-market planning and execution by identifying and appointing distributors, setting up of infrastructure for market coverage and execution of trade plans.
• Stakeholder engagement to drive month on month sales plan and priorities.
• Formulating and executing coverage expansion in all retail environments.
• Hiring and training of the Field implementation teams to ensure effective execution.
• Working with marketing and trade marketing teams to developing campaigns in these cities and executing the campaigns in these cities with the on-ground teams
• Formulating and executing processes to drive effectiveness and efficiencies in all channels.
• Long Term and Short-Term forecasting.

What you need to have
• 6-8 years of sales experience (preferably with experience working in the FMCG sector).
• Demonstrated success in handling distributors.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Experience leading a large team.
• Willingness to travel for around 10-12 days a month
