Regional Sales Manager - North Epigamia Delhi

We then launched Epigamia Greek Yogurt (we call this Batman, call us to know why), where we strained Dahi to get higher protein and then infused it with real fruits to stimulate taste buds. Ever since then, we have been pushing the boundaries of what is possible and contemporising traditional Dairy. From Protein smoothies, Lactose free curd and Mishti Doi, Ghee spreads to our latest offering of plant-based yogurt made from coconut milk, we have been launching products that are tastier and better for you. At Drums, innovation is our playground, and we make things happen. Our products are delivered through state-of the-art manufacturing processes, innovative packaging and are available across retail and institutional sales channels. Within 3 years of launch, Epigamia is present in 12000+ touchpoints across 20 cities Pan-India, in major retail chains and outlets, online e- commerce platforms and other alternate channels. And we are only just getting started.

About the Job
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the P&L for North India, the GTM strategy planning, stakeholder engagement, expansion strategies etc.
What you will need to do
• Own and drive the P&L for North region.
• Go-to-market planning and execution by identifying and appointing distributors, setting up of infrastructure for market coverage and execution of trade plans.
• Stakeholder engagement to drive month on month sales plan and priorities.
• Formulating and executing coverage expansion in all retail environments.
• Hiring and training of the Field implementation teams to ensure effective execution.
• Working with marketing and trade marketing teams to developing campaigns in these cities and executing the campaigns in these cities with the on-ground teams
• Formulating and executing processes to drive effectiveness and efficiencies in all channels.
• Long Term and Short-Term forecasting.
What you need to have
• 6-8 years of sales experience (preferably with experience working in the FMCG sector).
• Demonstrated success in handling distributors.
• Strong relationship building skills.
• Experience leading a large team.
• Willingness to travel for around 10-12 days a month
