Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Regional Sales Manager role based in Bhavnagar. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee sales operations for the assigned region, lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, and ensure achievement of loan and mortgage sales targets. Responsibilities include developing and executing regional sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with channel partners and financial institutions, and monitoring market trends and competitor activities. The role involves regularly reviewing sales performance, forecasting revenue, and preparing reports for leadership. The Regional Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience, ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines, and support training and development initiatives for the sales team.
Qualifications
• Strong sales management and business development skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding regional targets.
• Experience in retail lending, mortgages, or financial services distribution, ideally with exposure to multiple lending partners or NBFCs.
• Proficiency in pipeline management, sales forecasting, and using CRM or sales tracking tools.
• Excellent stakeholder management, relationship-building, and negotiation skills with both internal teams and external partners.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.
• Ability to analyze market data, identify growth opportunities, and implement effective regional sales strategies.
