Senior Content Manager
We’re not looking for someone to just clock in and write posts. We’re looking for someone who wants to lead, grow, and shape the future of personal branding with us. If that’s you, let’s build together.

Myntmore is a fast-growing agency specialising in LinkedIn personal branding. We’ve helped founders, CXOS, and business leaders build a powerful online presence, generating over $ 1 M+ in revenue through LinkedIn alone. We’re now looking for a strategic, high-performing Senior Content Manager who can lead writing and client communication. Along with being a writing role, you’ll also be the face of Myntmore for select clients, managing feedback, owning strategy, and driving results.

What You’ll Do
• Write high-quality, insight-driven LinkedIn content for founders and CXOS
• Convert briefs and voice notes into sharp storytelling and positioning
• Handle direct communication with clients, from onboarding to feedback
• Build and maintain unique brand voices across industries
• Stay updated on LinkedIn trends, hooks, and platform changes
• Collaborate with strategists, editors, and designers to execute at speed
• Mentor junior writers and guide content direction
Who You Are
• A Research Junkie: You love digging into the best content on entrepreneurship, marketing, and storytelling—and turning insights into compelling posts
• 1–3 years of experience in writing and research, especially in personal branding, B2B, or storytelling-heavy content
• Strong grasp of LinkedIn: You understand platform tone, content styles, and what grabs attention
• Clear, confident communicator who’s comfortable on calls, handling client feedback, and leading conversations
• Strategic Thinker: You write with intention, always keeping the goal in mind—be it lead-gen, visibility, or engagement
• Organised Self-Driven: You juggle deadlines with ease and stay on top of tasks without constant supervision
• Curious Data-Informed: You test, learn, and adapt your writing based on performance and platform shifts
• Team Player with an Ownership Mindset: You collaborate well, but you also take full responsibility for outcomes
• Bonus: Experience ghostwriting for founders or building content strategy across brands
