We're looking for a dynamic Regional Operations Manager based in NSW to lead and support our Franchise restaurants during an exciting period of growth.
This is a full-time, 12-month maternity leave cover role with real impact – perfect for someone who’s mad for flavour, driven by results, and passionate about leading teams to success.

About You
You’re an experienced operations leader with a QSR background and a proven track record in multi-site management. You know how to coach, influence, and empower Franchise Partners to achieve operational excellence. You’ve got a solid business sense and the people skills to match, and you're ready to jump in with energy and authenticity.
Key Responsibilities
Coach, train, and support Franchise Partners to run successful, high-performing restaurants
Lead and embed the Customer Experience (the Mad Mex Way)’ across the allocated restaurants
Support the execution of impactful local area marketing strategies
Drive operational performance through an employee centric approach
Manage P&L performance for corporate restaurants (where applicable)
Lead new restaurant openings and special projects in partnership with our support teams
Ensure operational excellence by driving food safety, compliance, and brand standards across all restaurants.
Collaborate closely with the Support Office, State Managers and fellow ROMs to deliver national initiatives
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of multi-site leadership experience across 10+ QSR restaurants
Experience supporting Franchise restaurant operations
Solid commercial focus - COGS, COL, EBITDA, and LAM are second nature to you
A passion for coaching, mentoring, and building a strong people pipeline
A hands-on, energetic leadership style with a customer-first mindset
Valid driver’s licence and reliable car
