Responsibilities
1.As a Business Manager- sales, you will maintain responsibility for performance of all sales activities within an assigned territory.
2. Establish and strategically build a solid customer base.
3. Recruit, train, and motivate new team members towards hitting specified sales goals.
4. Set monthly goals and excel in quarterly performance reviews.
5. Provide strong leadership to achieve maximum profitability and growth in conjunction with company goals.
6. Lead by example, using the established sales processes, and close a high percentage of the leads that you and your team generate.
7. Continually analyse the sales process in an effort to refine and improve its success, and work with upper management to establish sales reporting framework.
8. Strive to achieve the highest levels of customer satisfaction with all customer interactions.
Qualifications
Experience managing sales teams
Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
