Job Description
Actively seeking an experienced leader from Finance & Accounting operations background to oversee Financial Control/Legal Entity Control, Financial Accounting, Financial Reporting, Intercompany Accounting and General Ledger operations.
Some of the key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for Accounting and Reporting for all entities in Asia in line with IFRS and Statutory requirements
- Manage different sub processes and collaborate with people across different geographical locations.
- Manage the team's capabilities around process efficiencies, how they can best identify and execute changes needed.
Proactively manage communication channels with senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
To be eligible for this role you will require:
- Qualified Accountant - CA, CPA, ACCA OR MBA (Finance) with 13+ years of experience.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP S4 HANA experience is preferred)
- A proven track record of managing global processes like Financial Control, Legal Entity Control, Financial Accounting & Reporting, Intercompany Reconciliations, General Ledger, Balance Sheet Management, Allocations and Settlements
- Strong communication, people management and influencing skills required to be successful in this role
- Strong inter-personal skills and evidence of working across teams and geographies to produce timely and accurate output
