Role & Responsibilities:
• Drive Sellout and Sell- through for all RD Partners , Ensure growth of Lenovo in terms of T3 reach, Ensure smooth running of daily operations of RD Accounts
• Meet and exceed sales target by volumes, revenue, region penetration, market share, profitability and growth.
• Develops specific plans to ensure revenue growth in all company’s products with specific focus on Premium mix.
• Maximizing Services sales through RD channel.
• Develop channel sales plans and strategies for building/maintaining a robust channel sales pipeline and moving key opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Maintains and expands customer base by training sales personnel; building and maintaining rapport with key distributors; identifying new customer opportunities.
• Achieves regional sales operational objectives by contributing sales information and recommendations to strategic plans
• Recommends product lines by identifying new product opportunities and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors.
• Train the channel partners on Lenovo products against the competition and ensure that they have adequate support.
• Reviews progress of sales for the territory. Ensure high level of channel partners and customer satisfaction.
• Experience: 12+ Yrs
• B2C channel / Distribution experience required
