Job Description
Role/Job Title: Regional Branch Operations & Service Manager.
Function/Department: Regional Operations & Service Management.
Job Purpose:
The role will help the organization and unit in maintaining a robust operational & service compliance culture at all the urban branches by ensuring regular branch visits to identify Gap, areas of improvement and working closely with the branch to close the same.
Roles & responsibilities:
• Branch Audit for Operations & Service Compliance.
• Work closely with branches to ensure that all gaps identified during the ROSM visit are closed by the branch.
• Monitor branch on critical service and operational parameters through remote monitoring of critical transactions.
• Ensure all the branches are visited for assessment as per the plan.
• Work closely with the branches to ensure that they secure a good score in internal audit rating.
• Conduct Training programs for branches to improve operational compliance and efficiency at branches
• Drive and work with the branches in the region to secure a good score on the Branch Operational & Service Index.
• Render support and guide Region & Branch SPOC for new branch preparation & launch.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Take up regional-level projects to drive improvement in various operations & service areas.
• TAT, FTR complaint resolution, Timely and correct reporting on critical operations parameters.
Managerial & leadership responsibilities:
• Stakeholder Management & Timely Completion of the Tasks.
Educational Qualifications:
Graduation: Bachelor’s in engineering / Technology / Math’s / Commerce / Arts / Science / Biology / Business / Computers / Engineering / Management.
Post-graduation: MBA, PGDM.
Experience: 5-10 Years of similar domain experience.
