Job Description
Hiring for Refrigeration and AC repair trainer
• Role and Responsibilities
Sourcing of trainees
- Source the trainees by exploring all sourcing channels like catchment areas, educational institutions, employment exchanges, ICICI Group references, etc.
Training the trainees
- Ensure that the Code of Conduct is duly administered and adhered to
- Conducting training as per day wise module and curriculum of each course/trait
- Provide continuous guidance and mentoring to trainees
- Ensure timely availability of training materials / consumables / tool kits at the site of the trainings
Placement of Trainees:
- Prepare Trainees for the placement process
- Preparation of trainees’ CVs
- Engaging with potential employers for placements
- Ensure Placements of the trainees
- Identifying potential employers and relationship building and maintenance
- Handholding of trainees after placement
Managing MIS and batch completion activities
- Ensure timely reports, success stories, best practices, write ups for newsletter and any other required communication
- Submission of MIS as per the agreed calendar
Any other duty assigned from time to time by Centre Head
• Education and Experience:
- Graduate in any stream, Post
- graduation degree will be an added advantage
- 2+ years of experience as a trainer
• Key Skill requirement:
Conduct training for Refrigeration & AC Repair course. This will include the following modules:
- Life Skills
- Etiquette and Grooming
- Basic English
- Customer Service
- Basic Computers
- Financial Literacy
- Understanding heat and pressure measurement
- Vapour compression, refrigeration cycle and its components
- Types of air conditioners (split AC and window AC)
- Parts of an air conditioner (electrical and non-electrical)
- Charging and evacuating a refrigerant system
- AC installation procedure (split AC and window AC)
- Service and maintenance of air conditioners
- Checking compressor and refrigerator electrical circuits
- Troubleshooting and repair of different refrigeration products
• Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
• Education:
- Diploma (preferred)
• Experience:
- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
• Language:
- English (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra (required)
Ability to Relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (required)
