Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Exercise Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of fitness principles and anatomy, with the ability to educate and motivate clients in achieving their health and fitness goals. As a Specialist Instructor, you will lead engaging classes that are delivered in community settings, provide personalised training sessions, deliver Pilates based interventions conducting sports massages, and foster a supportive environment for all participants.
Duties
Occasionally traveling around the city , delivering in different community locations, you will not be stood on a gym floor!
Conduct group fitness classes and individual training sessions tailored to various skill levels.
Delivering Sports Massage or Reformer Pilates at our base in S11
Educate clients on proper exercise techniques, safety protocols, and the importance of physical fitness.
Demonstrate exercises and equipment usage while ensuring participants maintain correct form.
Be sympathetic working with elderly clients or those with long term conditions
Bubbly personality to help motivate and inspire
Requirements
MUST Driver and have use of own vehicle
MUST Proven experience as a Fitness or Group Instructor or in a similar role is essential.
MUST L3 qualified EXERCISE REFERRAL to L4 desirable (Cancer/ Cardiac)
MUST L3/L4 Qualified Sports Massage Therapist
MUST Reformer Pilates Qualified Instructor
Ideal Candidate qualified and experienced in multi disciplines (eg Zumba, Pilates, Yoga)
First Aid qualified
