Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Referral Marketing Salesperson. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare providers to promote referrals, identifying potential referral sources, and executing strategic marketing plans to increase patient referrals. The role also involves attending networking events, coordinating with the marketing team for promotional activities, and regularly analyzing referral patterns to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in building relationships and engaging with healthcare professionals, hospital administrators, and other stakeholders
• Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
• Experience in healthcare marketing, referral management is compulsory.
• Ability to analyze referral data and create strategies to optimize referral volumes
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Problem-solving and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• experience of 2 years in the field is mandatory
