Position Title: Performance Marketing Specialist

Role Summary
The Performance Marketing Specialist will be responsible for driving organic growth and executing on-ground marketing initiatives to enhance brand visibility, increase customer walk-ins, and build strong B2B partnerships. The role focuses on hyperlocal marketing strategies, offline activations, and optimizing digital presence across key markets.
Key Responsibilities
Organic & Digital Marketing
- Execute organic marketing initiatives including SEO, Google Business Profile (GMB), content, and social media
- Manage and optimize local listings across platforms and directories
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels
Hyperlocal & Offline Marketing
- Develop and implement hyperlocal marketing strategies across micro-markets
- Plan and execute offline campaigns such as health camps, events, activations, RWAs, and corporate engagements
- Drive customer walk-ins through localized and on-ground initiatives
Partnerships & Business Development
- Build and manage B2B tie-ups with clinics, corporates, societies, gyms, and other partners
- Strengthen brand visibility through partnerships, referrals, and community engagement
Campaign Management & Coordination
- Manage vendors and agencies for on-ground execution
- Collaborate with sales and channel teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Track ROI of campaigns through lead source mapping and conversion analysis
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for performance evaluation
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of organic growth and offline/hyperlocal marketing
- Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
- Excellent networking and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to execute on-ground campaigns effectively
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Key Deliverables
- Increased walk-ins and lead generation through organic and offline channels
- Successful execution of hyperlocal and on-ground campaigns
- Strong B2B partnerships and brand visibility
- Effective tracking and improvement of campaign ROI.
Preferred Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in organic growth, hyperlocal, and offline marketing
- Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, or retail industry preferred
- Experience in managing both digital and on-ground marketing initiatives
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
