Stillwater Design Build is a full-service residential construction company serving the Greater Victoria area. We specialize in building modern, West Coast inspired, energy efficient homes, and our team is growing. At Stillwater, our team is united by core values:Transparency,Trust and Quality.

$36/hr to $42/hr depending on experience (Permanent Full Time)
Mon-Fri, up to 40 hour work week

Benefits:
A Health Spending Account (HSA) is provided to cover eligible medical expenses, offering flexibility and control over your healthcare choices after a 6-month probationary period.
2 weeks of paid vacation.
5 paid sick days
Vehicle fuel and insurance reimbursement if vehicle used for work purposes.
Paid training opportunities.
Job Requirements:
Dependable team player with a proactive attitude.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Reliable vehicle to get to and from job sites.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
A criminal record check may be part of the hiring process.
