Recruitment Researcher Job Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking smart & enthusiastic candidate for immediate hire. After formal training on various platforms including LinkedIn Recruiter, they will perform high level Research for our clients based in Europe but with global client operations.
• Understand thoroughly the project brief given by client, by reading the brief and further interrogating the client
• Keep up-to-date knowledge of the client’s target industry being researched.
• Perform high quality and speedy research on LinkedIn recruiter and other platforms, according to the client brief, exceeding expectations where possible.
• Preparing Long List, Short List, Market Maps, Lead Gen data, tracking corporate announcements, etc. from the research and sharing the results in Excel and/or within Recruiter
• Organize, maintain, and update company research database
• Document and present project results to clients over various online platforms
• To ensure that a given mandate/ project is completed in minimum time giving quality results
• Ability to keep sensitive business financial information confidential
Researcher Requirements and Qualifications
• Graduate/ Postgraduate with relevant specialization
• Significant attention to detail
• Well-versed in Microsoft Excel
• Effective communicator, both orally and written
