Job Description
Shift - Eastern shift (night shifts): 6:30 p.m. - 3:30 a.m./ 7:30 p.m. - 4:30 a.m.
Experience - 3 Year To 4 Years

Job Responsibilities-
Conduct New Hire Fresher Training on US Recruitment Process and Technical understanding
Perform TNA/TNI, create and deliver content
Work within the assigned timelines
Review performance of the batch on a periodical basis and undertaking result-oriented decisions for enhancing qualitative and quantitative performance.
Train & update the existing workforce with the regular changes in the process/tools (if required)
Act as a liaison between training the delivery team
Work in collaboration with the delivery team
Maintain training MIS reports and share it with the stakeholders
Core Competencies / Job Qualifications-
Must have 3+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment
Must be a Graduate
Some coaching or training experience is a plus
Must have Strong technical understanding and excellent communication skills
Must be self-driven, confident and committed to achieve
Must possess the ability to work under pressure
• Strong work ethics and trustworthiness as this role demands individual contribution
