Job Description
You are a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a strong focus on BPO recruitment
You have over 5 years of experience in end
to
end recruitment
including at least 2 years in BPO hiring
You have a proven track record of successfully leading a team of 5
6 recruiters
Your main responsibilities will include driving the full
cycle recruitment process for various roles with a special emphasis on BPO hiring
You will lead and mentor a team of 56 recruiters
ensuring that performance
productivity
and recruitment targets are consistently met
Collaboration with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning will be crucial
You will be responsible for implementing sourcing strategies using various channels such as job portals
social media
employee referrals
and other innovative platforms
Conducting regular team meetings
performance reviews
and training sessions to enhance recruiter effectiveness will also be part of your role
Additionally
you will manage the recruitment pipeline and maintain accurate reporting and dashboards
Preferred qualifications for this role include a Bachelor
s degree in Human Resources
Business Administration
or a related field
Experience working in high
volume hiring environments and familiarity with HR tools and analytics platforms will be advantageous
