CTC: ₹ 3-4 LPA
Mode: Hybrid (3 days Work from Home, 3 days Work from Office)

Job Summary:
We're looking for a skilled Recruiter to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from writing JDs to moving candidates to the next stage. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a willingness to learn.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Write high-quality Job Descriptions (JDs) to attract top talent.
Post job openings on various job boards, social media, and internal channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on JD requirements.
Schedule interviews with candidates and stakeholders.
Conduct interviews (phone, video, or in-person) to assess candidate fit.
Move candidates to the next stage or make job offers.
Maintain accurate records and reports on recruitment metrics.
Skills required:
1+ year of experience in a related field (e.g., HR, administration, customer support).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and willingness to learn recruitment software.
Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
