Executive Recruiter responsibilities include:
Identifying and recruiting prospective candidates using a variety of channels Conducting the interviews (Online/Offline/Telephonic)
Assessing candidates to ensure qualification & experience match, cultural fit and compatibility Conducting confidential interviews, checking references and credit Research and develop recruiting leads Requirements:
Qualification Graduation/MBA Proven working experience in recruiting Deep understanding of recruitment processes Handling of Job Portals Strong knowledge of candidates selection methods Min.
1-2 years as Recruitment Executive, HR Recruiter Excellent communication skills. Tech Savvy
