Job Description
Position Summary:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Recruitment Coordinator (Fresher) to join our recruitment team. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates who are interested in learning the ropes of recruitment coordination and supporting the talent acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities:
Interview Scheduling:
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring that all parties are informed and prepared.
Candidate Communication:
Maintain regular communication with candidates, providing updates on their application status and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Database Management:
Update and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information and recruitment progress.
Job Posting:
Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
Recruitment Support:
Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing reports, organizing recruitment events, and tracking key recruitment metrics.
Onboarding Support:
Help facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by coordinating with HR and other departments to ensure a smooth transition.
Document Management:
Assist with the preparation and management of recruitment-related documents, including offer letters, contracts, and other relevant paperwork.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the recruitment team and hiring managers to streamline recruitment processes and ensure timely filling of open positions.
Compliance:
Ensure that all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and labor laws.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of recruitment coordination and the overall candidate experience.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
• Familiarity with MS Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
