Job Description
As a Recruitment Consultant your roles and responsibilities will be as below:
Responsibilities:
• Booking Nurses, HCA's, and all healthcare staff according to client requirement.
• Chasing and taking Accountability for candidate availability.
• Source and pre-screen candidates from Job Boards.
• Emailing and calling Clients to follow-up for outstanding requirements.
• Hiring will start with 70% UK healthcare resources and 30% non-healthcare resources.
• Making and receiving incoming calls from our Health clients and candidates.
• Placing candidates into new shifts and replacement shifts & communicating effectively with clients and candidates.
• Bookings shifts, managing cancellations & escalations/DNAs, taking requests from Hospitals & Clients over the phone & Email, co-ordinate with Nurses for Shifts Bookings)
• Maintaining relationships with clients and candidates & providing a service that goes the extra mile.
Required skills:
• Should have at least 6 to 18 months of experience in UK healthcare Recruitment, NHS, Locums.
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
• Strong Desire to Self-learn.
• People with good knowledge of recruitment
• Willing to work on tight deadlines.
• Good Booking Knowledge (UK Nursing)
• Good Sourcing Knowledge (UK Nursing)
