Accord team has deep expertise in the end-to-end recruitment life cycle and strong exposure of all functions across industries makes us very confident to serve PAN industrial/sectoral clients. With our vast experience in recruitment and in giving successful placements across levels, we are able to gain a strong trust that helped in marking Accord Manpower Services as a preferred partner for repeat business at our existing clientele. We would now like to utilize our hardcore 8+years of experience in expanding our services to untouched sectors and industries in India.
About the Internship:
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms like StackOverflow and Behance)
- Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
- Screen incoming resumes and application forms
- Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests
- Advertise job openings on company's careers page, social media, job boards and internally
- Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
- Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 25th Aug'23 and 2+th Sep'23
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend:
INR ₹ 15,000 /month
