Job Description
Position: Recruiting Intern (Internship with job offer)
Hiring company: Recruiting Genie LLP
Work location – Ithum Tower, Sector 62, Noida (Landmark – Noida Electronic Metro Station)
Initial Stipend: 10k – 12k a month, 22k – 27k after the internship of two months
Job brief
We are looking for a recent graduate to support our recruiting process from beginning to end. The ideal person for this position will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.
Responsibilities
• Prepare and post job advertisements online platforms.
• Sourcing the relevant resumes from job portals and social media.
• Help with resume screening and initial phone screens.
• Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates.
• Maintain candidate database (MIS) on daily basis.
• Share interview feedbacks to interviewed candidates.
• Assist in documentation and employment checks of selected candidates.
• Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations).
• Performs other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel).
• Good in written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
• Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
• Commerce graduate, hold good understanding of business functions
