Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Sourcing & Talent Pipeline
Source candidates through Naukri, indeed, LinkedIn, local networks, job fairs, references, and field sourcing.
Build and maintain a steady pipeline for highdemand roles (operators, technicians, supervisors, loaders, helpers, drivers, etc.).
Maintain daily sourcing tracker and ensure minimum sourcing targets are met.
2. Screening & Shortlisting
Conduct telephonic and inperson screening to evaluate skills, experience, stability, and attitude.Experience in bulk hiring is a strong advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
