Hiring for Trade Marketing Manager based in Gurgaon.
A dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Senior Marketing Manager – Trade Marketing to drive brand growth across the automotive aftermarket. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of building a brand from scratch or scaling a growing brand into a well-recognized market leader through innovative BTL marketing, offline activations, and channel marketing strategies.
Job Responsibilities:
● The role involves independently developing and executing trade marketing initiatives, strengthening brand visibility, planning product launches, promotion plans and creating impactful marketing campaigns.
● Responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans, identifying new market opportunities, managing customer relationships, and ensuring the company's products meet the needs of the market.
● Conducting thorough market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
● Developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase market share and brand visibility.
● Responsibilities include driving distributor, dealer, retailer, and mechanic engagement programs, planning and executing product launches, and developing retail branding and merchandising.
● Working closely with the sales team to support lead generation and conversion efforts to deliver measurable business growth.
