Job Description
Recovery Manager Required
Location: Jaipur (Travel across Rajasthan required)
Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with bank recovery officers.
• Manage SARFAESI and NPA recovery operations.
• Drive revenue growth through effective recovery management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in bank recovery operations.
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree.
• Deep understanding of SARFAESI Act, NPA recovery, and RODA processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Rajasthan.
Salary: ₹40,000-₹60,000/month + Incentives.
