About the Role
As a Records Clerk, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will ensure our records are accurate, secure, and accessible, allowing us to provide the best possible care and experience for our clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
Maintaining and organizing client records with precision and confidentiality.
Ensuring accurate data entry and updating of information in our systems.
Retrieving and filing records as needed to support the team and client services.
Collaborating with staff to ensure compliance with record-keeping protocols.
Assisting with administrative tasks to keep the office running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
A proactive and team-oriented attitude.
No prior experience required—just a willingness to learn and grow with us!
